Med Mazda in Pelham is by far the best place I’ve been, to purchase a car. They are very fast if you need your car worked on or anything. Mark was my sells man and he didn’t press anything onto me. & there’s no stupid add on frees that make 0 sense. Was really easy to make a deal here. Highly recommend this place!

Rubin was very helpful from initial phone call to call familiarization after the sale. He se t up at time to install the black chrome nuts that came with my package.
Seems to have the lowest prices for OEM parts, bought a replacement mirror for $123 when my local one charged like $180,190.

Bought a used truck from here and every step of the process was amazing. Salesman Anthony and sales manager Todd helped me out tremendously, even picked me up from the airport and had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there so I could hit the road for my 600 mile trip home asap. While driving home I noticed part of the cars interior was missing so I reached out and they’re currently helping me cover that. All around great dealership, highly recommend Med Center Mazda.

Things have changed in the last ten years. I didn't realize the choices would increase my payment till I saw it in paper. Ouch. And you no longer include the tag and licensing. Another ouch. I will make it happen. I Love the vehicle. Sad no CD player. 🤣

Overall, my experience at this dealership was about a 6/10. I purchased a vehicle from another dealership about a year and a half ago, and that experience set a much higher standard for me. My expectations for this purchase were a bit higher and unfortunately they were not fully met.

Recently had some maintenance trouble while driving through Alabama. Had my Miata towed to Med Center Mazda for some repairs. They were super friendly and courteous and were able to get the parts for my car very quickly and had me back on the road in less than 18 hours including having the parts delivered and installed. The repair also cost way less than I was expecting. In that time they also took care of some recall work for my car. I would highly recommend their service department for any of your needs. -Justin

Upon arrival, Mark greeted us and helped us start the process immediately. He did not pressure us into anything and helped the process go smoothly. The intake went smoothly. Pickup with cashier service was not to my satisfaction. The initial cashier questioned my integrity regarding refilling gas tank of a loaner vehicle and then proceeded to tell me that the loaner vehicle had a recall due to the sensor issue with gas tank after I gave her my receipt for gas I purchased for the loaner just down the street from Med Center Mazda. My experience with Med Center Mazda was great. I got there early and was greeted politely at the check-in counter. They sent me a video of the work as they perform the work; letting me know how the process was going. I didn't have to wait very long before my car was ready.
I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30. I was there for 3 hours. Had to ask them if my car was ready and it had been ready

Overall it was a very good buying experience. This is the second car I have bought from Med Center Mazda. The sales person was vet knowledgeable and patient showing me several different models. This car did not have any add ons like another dealership. I appreciate the low pressure buying process.
I called ahead of time to get a wheel lock that was never in my car while trying to change my tire. He instructed me to come to the dealership for one. I get there, and he states it's specific to each vehicle. Didn't attempt to run my VIN or anything to see if there was anything there. Basically was telling me to my face there's nothing he can do after instructing me to come to the dealership. So I had to buy 4 more lug nuts just to get a wheel lock.
It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and informative. I enjoyed the lobby while I waited!
